Name of Committee:
The name of this committee shall be the Housing Review Committee.
Purpose of Committee:
The purpose of this committee shall be to promote adequate housing for all teachers.
Chairperson Responsibilities:
The Chairperson of this committee shall oversee all activities of the committee. They shall recruit members of the committee. The Chairperson shall report committee activities to the President on a regular basis.
Committee Responsibilities:
This committee shall:
A. Meet with LKSD Administration as per the Certified Negotiated Agreement.
B. Carry out all the requirements of the Negotiated Agreement in a timely fashion.
C. Other assignments as directed by the Executive Board
Membership:
This committee shall consist of at least two Certified members, one of whom shall act as Chairperson. Members shall be appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Chairperson. At least one member shall live in LKSD housing.
The President shall be an ex officio member of the committee.
Meeting Times:
This committee shall meet as necessary.
Deadlines:
A. As per the Negotiated Agreement concerning the Housing Review Committee.
